For the 2024 edition, we envisioned a new Hotelga and brought it to life. We worked to establish the exhibition as the nerve center of innovation for the Horeca sector; we elevated sustainability as a fundamental pillar; we unveiled a new brand identity; we brought together institutions, chambers, and associations, as well as prominent figures from the political, business, and professional spheres, to host a nationwide event that welcomed participants from over 20 provinces, along with regional and international representatives.

Federal Chef Tournament

Now in its 9th edition, this competition reaffirms its commitment to promoting and celebrating Argentine gastronomy by showcasing native products, cultural roots, and the recipes and talent of chefs from across the country. Finalists, selected through the Qualifying Rounds held in various provinces, will have the opportunity to cook live in the Grand Final, taking place during Hotelga.

This edition is further enriched by the special participation of the winning team from the First Argentine Gastronomy Competition in Brasília, held last November with the support of FEHGRA and the Argentine Embassy in Brazil.
